It has been two weeks since my cataract procedure for the left eye. Dr. Flicker did an amazing job, from pre through to post operative care. He is an excellent surgeon (he also performed my husband's cataract surgery). Dr. Flicker is caring, patient and very thorough with his explanations. I am thrilled to be able to see so clearly again without the need for lens or glasses. His staff and the surgical team all contributed to a wonderful outcome.

Highly Recommend. Have used for both routine care and recent cataract surgery. High confidence in his ability as both an ongoing care doctor and surgeon. Facilities he uses are top notch.

I've been using South Shore Eye Care for more than 20 years and I always felt very confident with the exam I received. Recently Dr. Flicker removed cataracts’ from my eyes. What a success it was. It's a life changer at 75. My vision is better than ever. I highly recommend Dr. Flicker. Dr. Flicker, thank you so much.

Going to any doctor is usually never a pleasant event, but Dr. Flicker and the South Shore Eye Care help to break this rule. The office is friendly and efficiently run. Waiting time is minimal. The technicians cheerfully move the patient through the preliminary process and any tests/photos. Best of all, I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Flicker. His wonderful demeanor immediately puts one at ease and there is great comfort in knowing his examination is always thorough and his diagnosis accurate. I have full trust that Dr. Flicker will always take good care of my eyesight. It just doesn't get any better than that!!

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgeries performed by Dr. Flicker. He has a pleasant demeanor while maintaining a professional approach to explaining what to expect during the surgery and recovery. The staff in the Wantagh office has been helpful and have provided an overall pleasant experience. I plan on maintaining a relationship with both Dr. Flicker.
