How do you expect patients that are discharged from the hospital to schedule a follow up appointment when you don’t answer the phone??? It’s been ringing then hanging up for 3 days!!!!! Beyond RIDICULOUS!!! Good practice, NOT!!!!

When asked to speak with him after mothers procedure he comes in leans, crossed his arms and asked what do you want to know. He told us she has cancer it's going to come back. Not quite 2 weeks before we took mother to hospital , we visited his office for checkup. He never listened to lungs or touched her for a checkup.

My husband had been hospitalized for pneumonia & was referred to Dr.Stienecker when he was released. Was not impressed, Dr.Stienecker enters the room shakes both our hands & that is as far as his exam went with my husband. He was sure that my husband's condition was being caused by acid reflux. My husband had been on acid reflux meds for years before this. He NEVER listened to my husband's lungs at all!! He was to order a sleep study & another Cat Scan of my husband's lungs, this was on May 15 2019 & as of today we still have not received a call to have these scheduled. Since then my husband has seen another pulmonologist that has been practicing in Lima for many years & he is doing further testing to figure out the extent of damage that my husband has in his right lung! The second pulmonologist actually LISTENED to my husband's lungs during the appointment.

He really spents time with you and explains things..Best Pulmonary Dr Ive had yet !
