Very disappointed, after waiting for almost 5 month to finally see this Dr. The day before my appointment someone from the office callme and canceled my appointment, she said she couldn't reschedule at that time and was going to call me back the next day . Its been 2 weeks and they never have the disency to do so. I'm very sad because I've heard good references and was really hopeful he could help me but now not so much.

To date Dr Torrens and staff have been warm, caring and providing excellent care. I found him to be non judgmental and yet he listens enough to hear my input and concerns. Very happy with the course of treatment.

I have never experienced a poorer performing staff, frequently calling in the wrong perscriptions

Don’t ignore the bad reviews on this website. They are true. The Doctor and the staff and are bad communicators and really don’t care about their patients. They NEVER answer the phone when you call, you’re never able to get an early morning or late afternoon appointment, and they are absolutely UNKIND. Save your thyroid the additional stress and aggravation and go to another practice!!!!

With great deal of frustration, I write my words here. You see, I am a patient of Dr Torrens for the past 4 years. Recently and for the past three weeks, I have been trying to set up my yearly appointment without any success. I always get directed to office voice mail requesting to leave my name and a message stating that a staff member will get back to me. Well I am sure you guessed that no one did call. This is really a joke and should not be happening in the US. But after all our health system is in shamble and doctor are still the highest overpaid professionals in the nation.

Excellent doctor- He is very accurated given a diagnostic. I trust in him 100%

He listened and explained to me the truth about my condition on in a kind none judgmental way, I did not want to hear it but he was wright.

Dr. Torrens is a micromanager and control freak. He doesn't trust patients (even long time, healthy, well educated patients) to care for themselves outside his office. His methods are unorthodox and sometimes ineffective, but he is too arrogant and stubborn to admit when something isn't working, even if it would be in the patient's best interest to do so.

Dr. Torrens is a good guy who really cares about the health of his patients.Has a very good bedside manner & is easy to talk to.
