Dr. Jay Scott Fleitman, MD

A so called physician who openly aligns himself with trumpism is no physician at all. Fleitman is insulting.

Know-it-all attitude was a huge factor in deciding to go elsewhere.

His communication style is somewhat abrupt and demeaning. Seems like he was very stressed and taking it out on his patients.

Dr. Fleitman is a very experienced amazing doctor who spends as much time as needed with the patients. Really, wow! I've been having asthma-like symptoms for as long as I can remember, and asthma medicine did not help. On the very first visit, Dr. Fleitman outlined my actual diagnosis, what testing we'll do, and arranged for all the tests & treatment with other doctors. I couldn't be more grateful for rescuing me. A true expert in his field. In addition, his staff is incredibly friendly. A great doctor with too few review stars = easy fast appointment. Why suffer longer?

Writes columns for the local paper that make it clear he has zero compassion and hates the values this country was founded on. Hard to see how he can be an effective doctor if he dislikes his fellow citizens that much.

I listened and learned so much from Dr. Fleitman. I found him to be interested in my case. He gave me his full attention. It was a pleasant visit and I will return for more. He also took the time to teach me the correct way to use my inhaler. I never felt I was being hurried out of the office.

Came across as confident but compared to other pulmonologists in the valley, he is mediocre.

This guy has a way of making me feel ignorant for asking questions. I have been to see him about 6 times in 2 years. Today was the last. The rudest doctor I have ever been unfortunate to know.

Dr. Fleitman is no longer my physician. For several years he managed my lung disease. There has been a change in the way he relates to me. He became edgy and impatient. I am concerned about the marked change in his personality.

I am very grateful to our local newspaper, The Daily Hampshire Gazette, for publishing Jay Fleitman's article, entitled, "My First Time At The Shooting Range" (March 2014). It is a very lengthy description of "Dr."Fleitman's excitement with his brand new handgun. Some of his quotes were quite illuminating for me: "I hit my target 20 times out of 32", for example. Another, "I have still not fully wrapped my head around the power and responsibility I experienced today in shooting. I expect with passing time and practice I will develop confidence with handling this tool". "Dr." Fleitman -- thank you for revealing your character. I was not able to "wrap my head around" my physician ecstatically pronouncing his thrill over a lethal weapon. I quickly transferred my health care to another pulmonologist.
