The receptionist at this office is extremely rude and not helpful. Every time I have to call for something, all I get is attitude and I feel as if I'm inconveniencing her to do her job.

Very happy with office visit. Dr. Jay was thorough, answered questions and affable. Staff was efficient, also.

So since my wife, a COVID patient does not come but when she as sick (per Brandy) they will not work her in as fast as other patients. Oh, and by the way they literally complained about a no show appointment from 1.5 years ago. Plus Dr. Jay is more concerned about leaving the country than he is about the people on his roster. Way to practice medicine

Is it normal for Brandy to violate the HIPAA Privacy Rule by disclosing a patient’s Protected Health Information by fraudulently completing an Adult Daily Activity List and transmitting this to another business entity based upon the request of a non authorized Personal Representative? The criminal penalties for accessory to conspiracy are prohibitive for such violations. Dr. Jay, of what other HIPAA violations is your office guilty of perpetrating against the elderly in Melbourne?

Dr J has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is very kind, courteous and professional

Looks at your testing data carefully: found an irregularity in mine that led to treatment for a disease: gone undetected it would have been too late for me if discovered by way of the trouble that would develop to be detectable. I owe my life to this doctor nine years after his discovery of my disease!
