Sent wrong MRI order 4 times today. While the laugh and play and drink starbucks. The girls on the phones will not answer if the see your number. Or they will leave you on hold for over 25 minutes. Biggest clown house I've ever seen. Thinks everyone is an addict. Do not waste your time or money going here

I believe in this man as my Doctor

Dr. G is an outstanding doctor. Always welling to take time to listen and act on what your issues are. He loves the community he lives in and truly want to help us all,live a better healter life.

A great doctor who really listens to what you have to say and really seems to want to help you.

I think he is nice. His staff is courteous and usually efficient. But all he does is refer me out. I am very health but recently have had some concerns. He runs tests and then never calls me back. I always have to stop by and ask what the results are. Then they bill me for an office visit when all I want is answers to tests I have had done at a prior appointment. I am very disappointed! I can't afford to run all over Texas to see specialists for things he obviously isn't very concerned about. I'm glad others are happy with him. I am not! .

We have been patients for several years at this clinic prior to Dr. Latortue's arrival. At first, it was VERY easy to speak to a nurse, schedule an appointment, follow-up, etc. Being this is a clinic that is ran by a major hospital system, it has gotten to be quite over-crowded. Also, the staff will RARELY call you back at all, even when the word "URGENT" is used in the message to give the staff (nurse). This is really sad because we believe that Dr. Latortue is one of the most compassionate physicians that is practicing today. Hopefully, the management will realize this before it is too late, or before they lose a patient because of lack of care.

His experience is an experience I value in a doctor. Doctor Jean puts his patient first and their condition and self-worth are among his top priorities. He is a wonderful doctor, who has practiced in other places besides a small town. I am impressed that he got his education from a small regional university in his home country and did not have to spend a lot of money to become a wonderful practicioner. He looks outside of the normal practice of medicine for answers and has access to resources outside of the United States for all the latest practices used in countries with better medical systems than ours. He also has a wonderful demeanor and is very intelligent. He was wonderful with my mother, who is a serious diabetic and a MHMR patient. He will defy a local doctor for what is best for his patient. I admire him for being different, taking a stand for the community, and for his ability to empathize. He is the best doctor by far I have ever dealt with. :)
