The absolute best. Worked with Dr. Headrick and staff to get ready and have hip replacement. Yes sometimes the wait is long but when you are in the room with staff and Dr. Headrick you have their full attention and they are willing to answer all questions and fully explain the procedure and expected outcome for your situation. The surgical center was great, took excellent care of me and my family. The surgery roboticly assisted went without complications. Recovery was as explained and the instructions for after surgery were straight forward m, they are the key to a successful and stress free recovery. Pain was easily maintained, I experienced relatively little pain after surgery. After 72hr. controlled pain with ibuprofen. The Absolute Best.

So I waited for over 2 hours to even get back to a room before I finally had enough and got my money back and my MRI report. My appointment was at 12:45 and I left at after 3:15 and still hadn’t got back to a room. I’m a single mom and took off work for this appointment and missed my following doctors appointment as well. So not only does this inconsiderate and rude way of running a practice mess up my day but other people as well. So pretty much from 12:30 to 3:15 of my day I sat and waited. Who knows what time I would have got out of there if I stayed. It made me so sad to see the 35 people, probably in pain all waiting for hours as well. Our time is valuable and it disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional.

My experience with Dr. Headrick and his staff was very pleasant, they made me feel so at ease when preparing me for my surgeries. I had my left knee replaced in Feb. and the right in Apr. 2021. It is so awesome to not have anymore pain and most important I can walk again. I recommend him to anyone whom is going through what I have been going through for the past 6 years. I was off the walker in a week and off the cane after 4 weeks. By the grace of God and a positive attitude I am a proof of an amazing, awesome staff. Thank you Dr. Headrick and staff.

I was referred to Headrick by another surgeon in Lubbock. Extremely glad he was put in my path. He was extremely efficient with my time and very thorough with his explanation of what I needed and what would take place. Another quality I like was his friendliness! It's a small part of two major surgeries but it's nice to have someone pleasant when you're in the middle of all that surgery, follow ups, and insurance bills. Rarely did I even have to wait long for appointments after surgery for follow up appointments and those also went quickly. Dr. Headrick was confident and made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. His staff was wonderful, friendly, and always available to help. Headrick replaced both my hips in 5 months! Talk about some serious work! I feel wonderful and had zero complications. My only regret is not seeking help for the pain sooner!

Dr. Headrick is an extremely good Dr. He always has time for you and he is not knife happy. He has helped me many times. He is also a very conservative Dr., meaning he does not just prescribe meds freely. I am 83 yrs. old and I really respect him.

Dr Headrick is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He did my hip and knee replacements. I trust him and his staff and would recommend him to my friends and family.

My experience with Dr Headrick has been exceptional! I had both knees replaced, six weeks apart Both of my surgeries were aided by. Robot. I am two eeeks out of my second surgery. & walking unaided by a walker or cane. I expressed my lifelong desire to have straight legs & he was pleased t to deliver. I I am off towards the hard work of recovery thanks to Gr. Headrick!
