Dr. Jeffrey Duane Hamby, MD

First Doctor Hamby is very good the problem is how the office is managed. I have gone in with my daughter because when we reached A medical plan, with the doctor , the office manager seemed to change the service or medication . the office is very bad about returning calls and we were told that our case was not that important and did not warrant a call back. The office manager has charted things that are not true seemingly inorder to cover her actions. I can not recommend this office because of the management We have had to under go surgery and those physicians have had extreme difficulty in coordinating services.

I don' know why you could say anything negative about Dr, Hamby. I have been his patient since 2008, I have special issues, he deals with all of them, as for his staff, they are wonderful. Some folks just have no patience I say GOD bless to Dr. Hamby and his staff.

Have taken kids to see him. He has characterized 1 of the kids as the next "Jeffery Dahmer", 1 kid has add and he will only recommend and prescribe narcotics for. When trying to discuss other options for medication he did not listen to us adults but asked the child what they wanted, you don't ask a minor, it's the parents decision. He gets paid to push certain medicines and you can definitely tell. He hasn't ever come across angry with us but he is rude and doesn't listen, well. Also, the staff is rude and its impossible to get a hold of them or a call back.

Staff is terrible and rude. I had a question about my medication and she rudely yelled at me for calling and told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it, then hung up on me. Dr. Hamby changes your medication and doesn’t tell you and then doesn’t explain why or how to use it. I have had nothing but problems. Worst experience at a drs office.

Pill pusher of a doctor. Receptionist's are the worst, they curse you on the phone because of their incompetency. Don't waste your time or your sanity.

My first visit was so humiliating he is such a jerk, I noticed some people like him and say just the opposite, maybe he is Dr.Jekell, all I know is he claims to be something he is not.

Met a very rude, sarcastic, and misinformed doctor. Met with sarcasm and false accusations. Do not go to this individual who claims to be a doctor. Orders tests without even meeting patient. Stay away.

He is really the best doctor I have probably ever had in my entire life.
