Dr. Jeffrey Jon Hull, MD

I was treated by the NP Kirstie. She was very thorough and kind. Dr. Hull has treated my children in the past and was also great and very knowledgeable. My workplace also refers to this practice often and they work our patients in very quickly. We always hear great things about the care they receive there.

Staff was mostly excellent and kind, except for billing and appointments. Double billed for 2 co-pays, and got a follow up appointment I was never told about. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and uncommunicative. He did not even address the reason for my visit. He gave 2 prescriptions for antihistamine and nasal spray containing decongestant even though my health history clearly showed dry eye and dry mouth. No mention was made of Sjogren's, even though he should clearly have given me that test to rule it out. I sincerely doubt he cares about his patients. His staff did all the work. He barely looked at my problem ear from the wrong side, leaning across me.

Would not recommend this dr. If I would not have went to a different dr I would be dead.

I have to drive over 2 hours to get there. They insist I be on time, but they always keep me waiting at least 30 minutes, often over an hour. The staff is nice enough when you're there, but impossible over the phone. Their lack of concern is palpable. The overall feeling is that they are just to busy to take calls.

I was not at all impressed with this doctor or his facility. Won't go back or recommend him.
