Dr. Jeffrey Allan Mcdougall, MD

First, Dr Mcdougal is great. I really do like him. His staff is terrible and thats unfortunate as it is a very poor reflection on him . Word to the wise. NEVER assume they have done what they said they will. Always double check that blood work is called in or prescriptions are done and they've been sent to right pharmacy. They will simply not do or take any opportunity to screw up a simple task.

I have been a patient for many years and have always received quality care in a caring environment. Dr. McDougall listens carefully and asks pertinent questions. His staff is competent and follow-up, return calls, etc.

I really liked Dr. McDougall and his staff. But, I got upset with the office in general. So, I left. But when I wanted to return, after being his patient for nearly 20 years, he wouldn't accept me.

Dr. McDougall himself is very nice and spends time with the patient and readily answers questions. I would recommend him. However, his staff has been rude and incompetent at times. It is important for a doctor's helpers to pay attention to detail and to follow up, but his staff is lacking in these areas.
