Dr. Jeffrey W Ziegler, DO

Dr. Ziegler is probably one of the best drs in Las Vegas! His staff are very nice they do their jobs and he never overbooks. I don’t sit there for two hours. Giving a doc one star because of his staff is laughable. Besides once you get to know them they are great.

Dr. Ziegler was the only one after two prior physicians insisted (one quick care) (one emergency room) that I had a cluster head ache "I don't get headaches often at all". He was able to treat me and have the god awful headache gone in 10 min. (it was a stressed out muscle/spasm). He knows what he is doing and does not hesitate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He also treats sinus issues as well and what ever he does actually works. I love this doctor and his staff. they are flexible and friendly. Thank you Dr. Ziegler and his staff.

I walked in the office to watch Helen stare out the window and ignore my Excuse Me’s. The other lady helped me out and when I turned in the paperwork, Helen saw and ignored me again. 20 min after the appt time, I went up to ask for a timeframe. The other lady was on the phone but acknowledged me. I asked if Helen worked here and then she snapped with a “Yes! I can’t hear over the radio!” The radio and volume button were sitting on the check in counter. I asked about a timeframe and with an eye roll she went back to check since the other lady was working. As she was coming up, she loudly said “this one has a rude attitude!” I talk to the other lady and said how rude Helen was being. Helen snaps with a “I couldn’t hear over the radio and don’t even work in the front!” As a business, when you see clients/patients walk in, at the very least acknowledge them. Helen then stood at attention, clasped her hands in front, threw on a fake smile and said “HI!” in the most passive aggressive… manner. The other lady and another person witnessed it all. The other lady apologized but then Helen snapped at her and told her not to apologize for her. Wow. Then it was Helen who called me back and called me “Hun” while glaring at me. It was her job to assist with the TENS unit and heat wraps but she gave her job to the other lady. If Dr. Ziegler wasn’t as good as he is, I would have rather just walked out or found another doc. But he is so knowledgeable, personable and great at his job. Here’s hoping he gets better staff to better represent him.

Dr Ziegler, as well as his staff, treated me with respect and professionalism. The appointment scheduling procedures, reception process, and patient interface is well done and friendly. Dr Ziegler is absolutely a lovable guy and exceptionally gifted in his specialty practice. I trust him completely. Moreover, I am very happy and grateful that the painful issue I was dealing with was accurately diagnosed and successfully treated by this fine Physician. Thank you Dr Ziegler!!

I read the review of dr z and saw what the last review I decided to call and see if it was really true. I called the office and the woman who answered Elizabeth asked a lot of questions and at first I was skeptical but as the conversation was going on it made a lot of sense. I would rather make sure that I was actually seeing the dr for what I thought I needed but at the same time make sure because I would hate to make the appointment waste my time and see the dr to find out that it was the wrong dr to be seeing. so I did appreciate all the questions after all that I did go see the dr and found out that it was all worth my time. the dr was great and the office staff was also great no problem here. as for bill k hope you find your dr because I found mine and maybe you should be greatful you didn't waste your time...

I recently moved into town from Chicago and needed to find a new primary care physician. Dr. Ziegler was listed as such on my providers website. I did some homework and found a couple of patient reviews which were concerning but I went ahead and called because the reviews were so few. Well, they turned out to be exactly right: the woman who answered the phone was abrupt and quick to say that the doctor was not doing primary care, despite what my provider stated. I then asked about seeing him for an arthritic shoulder since that was his claimed speciality. She put me on hold, came back and took my name and phone number and said she would call me back. Of course she didn't so I called my next choice doctor and got an appointment for next week. I hope the good Dr. Ziegler is aware of the fact that his employee is single handedly destroying his practice.

Requesting for information regarding claims from previous appointments. First call with front office staff had poor customer service who could not answer the question and wanted the patient (myself) to call back in a month or two for the answer. She did not want my contact info for a return call for the anwer. Second call with same staff member for another question...yelled at the patient for calling back. Never seen a pt disrespected. I am a clinical staff member in a hospital and would never treat my patients the same way. Highly recommend Dr Zeigler, but front office staff needs more training on customer service and patient sensitivity.
