Jefrey Start, DO

Unable to make an appointment due to computer and operator ignorance. A direct # to office would have been beneficial, not a 1-800 number. Dr. Start just lost a potential patient.

Such a great doctor, he is very compassionate and easy to talk to. Dr. Start will make you feel very comfortable and spends so much time with the patient. What an excellent individual!!

Dr. Start is a great doctor. Since the move in to 3330 Peach street the service has declined terribly. I was in the office to get a lump looked at and it too 1hr and 25 min before I seen the doctor. I am ready to go some where else. I dont have much time off of work and waiting half of the morning for a appointment is very difficult to scheudle other appointments that need taken care of.

I had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Starts patients for 3 before I moved to New York, he is a Wonderful Doctor. Very thorough, explains everything, isn't a pill pusher, and very smart!My appointments always lasted 20-30 minutes each because of how well he cared for you/explained everything.Couldn't ask for a better doctor!

I am not a doctor person, but Dr. Start is by far the best Dr./patient experience I've had in my 45 years. He takes the time to get to know you & spends real time and doesn't hurry into the next exam room to get his next copay. He listens and talks to you, not at you. Not condescending in any way.

We really enjoy having to make appointments with Dr. Start. My children really like him and the gthat he gives to them is excellent! I love that I almost always can get seen quickly if I call and need an appointment and the staff that work in the office are extremely nice and personable.

Dr. Start is very knowledgeable. He is able to break down complex information in a way that his patients understand. He has never talked down to me and talks to me at my level of understanding. He's a funny and caring person and is willing to spend time talking if you feel the need. He is truly an advocate for his patients. The wait time isn't necessarily quick, but it's mostly due to the fact that he spends time with each patient; he doesn't walk in, ask you what the problem is, hand you a prescription, then walk out. Highly recommended!
