Dr. Jackson treated me for an abcess/infection. It was cancer. She never even looked at it. Do not go to this terrible dr.

TOO BUSY. NEVER ON TIME. HAVE TO REMIND HER WHEN BLOOD TESTS ARE NEEDED. HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER.

Dont know why they make appointments there never on a schedule have alway had to wait two hours or more

My experience dealing with this organization has been nothing short of unprofessional and insurance fraud practices. BEWARE of the medical malpractice , as well. The Round Lake Clinic does not have a doctor on site and bills your insurance for procedures that are never preformed. Follow up phone calls are never returned to ask for an information. Go somewhere else to get an actual exam.

Besides the long 2.5hr wait to see doc due to staffing, myvisut is always pleasant. Keep up the good work.

When making an appointment for 3 pm, I usually wait until 5 to be called...every time! I have been there about a dozen times. The staff is rude on the phone nor pay attention to the patient. The office is dirtier than a college bar.

From the front desk to the nurses, pa, and doctors, I have found this group to be caring and skilled. The office needs a major remodeling and the wait can be long, but the care is wonderful.

This is what they did to me. They sent me a letter in the mail saying for the next 30 days by law they can see me for Mergen see's pre-much if I get sick but they will not prescribe me any medication so even if I got a call they wouldn't prescribe me anabiotic's and they said that due to my behavior towards the staff I was being disrespectful which I wasn't I was calling for refills which they did not want to refill any of my prescriptions and their office is a joke and yes they do Waze the states money by going in and everything and making appointments and their office is dirty and nasty and stuff like that the Wauconda mcHenry Pretty much every single office they have is nasty and they said that they will refuse to see me in any office they have but what they did not understand in what they did not know is that before they send out that letter Irie had plans to change my doctors tooth and her doctor because with the concerns and everything then I brought up to them they did… not want to test me for anything that I to get tested for because if I didn't switch doctors I would not have found out that I had a condition that I have seizures and things that I switch doctors to a better doctor now that I'm in better hands I'm glad I did and I'm glad and I'm in better hands and I will never go there again but I will put it like this I will put it like this just kind of funny I receive that letter after I posted a really bad review it was just really kind of funny and I will always laugh at that because they think that will go well if we stop seeing this person all day at the find another time Siri found another doctor way before they sent you that letter and that's OK because I rather have a really better doctor and A real doctor not a fake doctor like them at family medicine I actually see a real doctor like a real real doctor and not a PA that thing she's a doctor but I actually see a doctor with a real medical degree than not these pretend doctors that work for Jason Baluchi which is the owner of family medicine and they're all pretend doctors today and the reception Family medicine are very rude and very difficult and for one of the medications that I needed him apparently they they made one of my drug test came up positive for a narcotic that I have never taken in my lifetime so for them to make one of my test come up positive for a narcotic that I don't take that is illegal for them to do and that's how I feel

wish the wait time was a bit shorter.

Dr. Bellucci-Jackson is a very capable physician, who has been in practice for enough years to have excellent experience beyond Medical School books. She came from a family of physicians, which also prepared her well. She is smart about diagnosing medical conditions, and usually is quick to start the correct treatment. She is also very "real," and treats a patient like a good friend or relative she cares about.
