Dr. Jennifer Michelle Morris, MD

I was a patient for about 12 years, and have referred probably a half dozen people to her in that time. Her office sent me a bill for three visits, and I intended to contest it with my insurance company, but never did because I'm an avoider. The bill was outstanding for maybe 3 months, no more than 6 months. In that time they did try to contact me, but again, I'm an avoider, and wasn't out of my meds. I got a letter informing me that she was discontinuing my care. No other reason for discontinuing my care was provided in the letter besides delinquent payment. I do realize that I bear the responsibility for avoiding dealing with the balance, but I see a psychiatrist to help me with executive dysfunction. After confirming that I had been fired, I asked for a titration schedule, since my I have been on my meds for over a decade, but instead of giving me one, she recommended continuing them, and finding a different provider. I am so disappointed and sad she decided to end our… doctor/patient relationship this way.

Treated by Dr. Morris for many years. Suffered debilitating side effects that left me unable to function physically & emotionally. She told me to stop complaining. Saw a neurologist, ENT, and eye specialist. Turned out all my problems stemmed from Dr Morris treatment plan for me. Thank goodness for real doctors. Dr. Morris is evil and does not care about patients…..beware

Called many times and not one time did I get a human to talk to. Staff is rude!!!!! Dr. Morris never spent more then 15 minutes talking to me. Waste of time and money!!!!!! Got nowhere!!!

Dr. Morris was a great dr and helped me when no one else could. I just dont understand her office staff refusing to let me see her. I had an old bill and I offered to clear it up but they wouldn't let me? I wish I could get her help again but can't. I'm just really hurt they've been so rude to me. I guess I'll just keep looking for another doctor that might actually be able to help...I wish she could find a way to fix her office staff.

The staff is incredibly rude, they act put out by any and every question, plan on a wait time of at least 30-45 min after your appt. scheduled time. The staff has 3 secretaries put NONE ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. They charge outrageous fees for cancellation or being even 5 minutes late. She over prescribes prescriptions, if you leave a review anywhere they fire your immediately as a client without the Dr knowing. If you complain to the Dr then they fire you. The office always smells of mold! I was a client for 2 years, and it has always smelled that way. Please just report her and the staff to the OKC medical board. It will be a complaint on her file.

I love going to Dr Morris but have seen the staff be really hateful to clients. I saw the man in back corner “get into it” with a patient that as a patient made me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe they could stagger lunches because if you need to ask a quick question, they will pretty much ignore you until you leave???

Dr. Morris was my doctor for about a year, she managed my medication during that period of time. She prescribed me thyroid medication which exacerbated my anxiety, and made me feel unwell. The medication was unnecessary- I know this because I stopped taking the thyroid medication-and got a second opinion from not 1, but 2 Endocrinologists. However-I didn’t find that out until after she “terminated” me as her patient. (More about that to follow) While I was under her care, I missed 1 appointment. Dr. Morris and her staff did not want to hear anything about why I missed the appointment. All they cared about was collecting the $250 missed appointment fee. Jennifer Morris would not see me again, or even speak to me until the $250 fee was paid. I went to the office near closing time to discuss this matter-and I spoke with Steve Fleming, who is the office manager. He was rude,arrogant, condescending, and generally-just flat out unprofessional. He shut the sliding glass door and walked… off-we were then shouting at each other while the rest of the office staff just watched. Seemed like business as usual-and apparently it is if you read the negative reviews. He told me he was going to call the police. He didn’t. Anyway, I did leave-issue unresolved. A couple of days later, I got another invoice for the $250 missed appointment fee, and a letter from Dr. Jennifer Morris stating that she needed to terminate our doctor/patient relationship based on the fact that I “didn’t agree with her office policies”. Hard to believe that a person like Steve Fleming, having such a short fuse in combination with NO interpersonal skills, runs an office that provides mental health services, but yeah...he does. He might benefit from the services they provide at his workplace. They are just in it for the money.

I’m so shocked at how hateful this office is to their patients. Please don’t subject yourself to their abuse. The should be helping patients from the moment they walk in the door. Yet, the staff is so cruel and hateful.

I have been going to Dr. Morris for 3 years now, and she is the best psychiatrist I have ever used. She is very knowledgable on many issues. She genuinely cares and is very friendly. I have been to several psychiatrists over the past 10 years and she is definitely the best. It takes awhile to get into her, but it is worth it in my opinion.
