I would not recommend Kennebec Medical Consultants in Waterville. In my experience, the office provided subpar care, misdiagnosing me with a skin condition and prescribing 11 different medications over a 9-month period. Despite two biopsies with two different results 1.. listed leaked label too small unable to survive, which I have documented, my concerns and questions were not adequately addressed. I received only one phone call in September 2025 stating that no further treatment was needed, and I was subsequently dropped as a patient. I found this experience to be extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the lack of education and sensitivity displayed by the office in dealing with patient concerns. Over the course of nine months, I attended five appointments, which they billed for at 784$$$ (more 15 cause unsure how u get 11 med changes in 5 appointmrnents yet the office continues to send me bills with inaccurate information. I do not intend to pay these bills,… as I do not feel that my condition was properly addressed. Fortunately, I have since sought care from a different dermatologist in Lewiston, who has provided a correct diagnosis and effective treatment.(waiting but pretty sure shes right) It is unfortunate that it took two years to receive proper care, resulting in unnecessary pain and suffering. I was forced to change medications eleven times under the guidance of the initial dermatologist. Also changing my job body went thru so much demage cause he does not listen to patients at all gives me stitches in my thumb told me to get them taken out somewhere else who says that, took them till December to finally let me have access to my records for once reading all the wrong information makes me in years this could have been sloved if he did his job at the first appointment, anytime im there i went for hour sitting and sitting he doesnt listen to any concerns or cares, honsly lawsuit its just wrong and not ok to diagnose patients with a condition u never had, makes me feel uncomfortable im just so speechless the pain suffering money waste rx after rx !!!! I would never recommend this office to my dying dog

The best, kindest kind of doctor who takes his knowledge to the next level going beyond just treating skin conditions but determining the root cause and the most effective treatment path. So thankful!

Dr Hurdle and his staff are very pleasant and kind to thier patients. Thank you for excepting my son as a new patient. Look forward to seeing them again in two months.

Dr Hurdle does not give his patients time. The appointment felt rushed like he didn't have the time, which is uncaring and unprofessional in my opinion. Avoid this Dr. He obviously doesn't care or have respect for people. He will schedule an appt but he will not give you quality consult or care.

Dr Hurdle does not give the client his time. The appointment was rushed and left feeling like he just didn't have or care to give his time very sad he treats people that way. A Avoid this place of possable. You will not get quality care for the amount they charge.

I had several visits and I finally gave up for the lack of care and concern for the infection I got in my surgical site. No worries, information, concern or results reported back when the results showed MRSA. I had to ask for the results at a 12 day follow up and he had the results on day 2! It was obvious he was reading the results for the first time when I asked about them. I did ALL the aftercare as directed....maybe his assistant not wearing gloves when setting up the instruments??? (I wish I had questioned it at the time) Kept charging me a copay to ask me what I wanted to do, like I know how to make an ugly scar go away!?! I had to ask for a blood culture to see if I was clear of the infection and then I never got the results until I called a few times. Communication is not great there. One should question when your dermatologist is also a proctologist (in the same building) and who brings his dog to work through the waiting room. I was so disappointed because again he… has a nice demeanor.

Abrupt , insensitive and non communicative. Will not go back.
