Dr. Jeremy Ashton Scarlett, MD

I have a lot of anxiety due to a bad car accident and had several fusions and a spinal tumor. My primary doctor originally sent me to Dr. Scarlett for lidocaine injections. He was proactive and ordered a new neck MRI to see if more is going on in my neck. It was a week and I heard nothing from their office about my MRI. So, I called and left a message about anxiety over not having MRI results. He called me back the next day himself at 6 pm at night and gave me the answers personally. He also gave me possible other options to think about prior to seeing him in 3 weeks. I am very impressed by how he listens to your concerns and also provides pain help without medication.

Dr Scarlett has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. He has worked well with me and managing my pain. I highly recommend Dr Scarlett to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. You will never find a better doctor.

I wish they would stop this practice of asking patient to return an unused script (that the provider wrote0 back to the pain clinic because the patient is no longer using it prior to receiving a new second script. and say you can not have a new script until you do. Rather, the DEA wants patients to dispose of pills thru their drop off sites.

I have been seeing Dr. Scarlett for years. He is consistent, he listens well and is very direct. I would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr scarlett for a few.months..at first visit my pain level was at 8 ..it is now at 4 and getting.better. He knew exactly what to do for me. I am so happy I choose dr. Scarlett.

Dr. Jeremy Scarlett at Advanced Pain Management is the most compassionate, kind, and caring doctor that I have ever been Blessed with being treated by...And this same review and rating goes for Christa Scheunemann, his Nurse Practitioner!! There are just not enough high praises and words in the world to describe these two Awesome Pain Specialists!! As a matter of fact, their whole staff have been a true Blessing to.me!! Right over to the triage nurse named Nicole!! Everyone there that is involved in my car are just Fantastic!!! Much better pain doctor and his staff than the horrible,crude, lying, snobby -nosed doctor that I had at Wheaton- Franciscan!! Every single doctor in the state of Wisconsin should visit Dr.Scarlett and Christa and their staff members...And every doctor should show up with a big notebook and at least 2 pens...One main pen and one back-up pen, and take notes on how a Real True caring pain doctor, nurse practitioner, and their whole entire staff,… conduct themselves with their patients!! 'NUFF SAID!!!

I thought Dr. Scarlett was excellent and caring. In contrast, The Nurse Practitioner follow-ups were focused ona myriad of opioid abuse warnings and "safety, rather than listening and treating your pain without you insisting. NP also ordered too many tests She ordered one test with providers I do not know and who are not in my personal health care provider group. Did not even ask for my input. Just turned around and said, I am going to order this!" I had to cancel that exam with the unknown provider and schedule it with my own provider group. What is the deal with that?

Dr. Scarlett genuinely cares about his patients, and takes his time with you. I have never felt like just a "number" with him. He tries to get to the root of the problem, and if what he's doing isn't working, he will try something else until he gets it right. I have been to many, many doctors and I feel like I found the right one when I found him.

It wonderful caring man that cares about his patients and to alleviate as much pain as he can.
