I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Very understanding and caring.

i personally have been with dr.norman and millie for over 9 yrs. i hae followed her and millie and always will do she cares and constantly gives me grief on smoking (which she should) but i have never had a negative appointment with her and millie, i drive over 40min, to get to my appt but it is worth it she remembers everything about me and my health issues and always suggest something new or her opinion of change, stay going both of you and i am proud to say that i go to you every month.

Prior to seeing Dr.Norman I hated that I had to sit at a "Pain Clinic". So many of the people that were there did not belong there and it made me feel inadequate. Now I feel like a "PATIENT" not a "NUMBER". I actually feel like I am with a Dr. who knows what she is doing and not just the basics. She is a medical encyclopedia. I feel confident that I will feel better when I leave her office. As for Millie, Dr.Norman's office manager, she is a wonderful person and very professional. I feel awful that someone would write such an awful statement about such a sweet person. The only thing I can think is that Millie must have been doing her job and fielding the calls to Dr. Norman or protecting the privacy of the other patients. Other than these couple of duties that are Millie's responsibility there is nothing Millie could do that would be so upsetting. Thank you to a great team, Dr.Norman and Millie!!!

Dr Norman is a warm,friendly,proffesional Pain Management specialist.She is not only a pain management specialist but also a general practioner.I do have to say she needs to replace the gorriala at the door,who is Millie the booking receptionist.Because of her I concidered finding another doctor to start my pain management but am glad I was persistient and did not let her "attitude" effect for very long.

This doctor insisted I take Oxycodone for my pain even though I didn't know anything about it and wanted to take a much milder Norco. Then later called me an addict and said she had to do something on my script so I wouldn't alter it. I had to go to rehab to get rid of this physical dependence. I had taken Norco before and it took me 7 days to come off of it. It took me 6 months for the Oxy.

I have been seeing doctor Norman for about 4 years. I have found her to be an excellent & compassionate doctor. She truly listens to you & treats you like a person versus a number. Her staff is also always kind, courteous & fast to help you with your needs & payments. I have a 25 year history of monthly doctor appointments & feel Dr Norman to be of the finest.
