I don’t have a doubt in my mind that Dr. Lomas isn’t a great doctor but you can not run a practice with 1 doctor, 1 PA and 3 people who verify, check in, check out, obtain authorization, answer the phones, schedule patients, schedule new patients, run RX line and still answer the phone non stop while it keeps ringing throughout the day, and have 12338495 patients that see her. You do not get your test results on time, no one calls patients back in a timely fashion because the medical assistants are doing too much work, they barely get to each lunch. I would say if you don’t have concerning issues to go there but if you have serious issues find someone else.

Never calls in medicine on time. Does not follow up on blood work. Never calls back. Patients have not right to speak with the doctor according to her staff. Staff makes decisions without discussing with a medical staff member.

I have been a patient of hers for a long time. She is the best doctor I have ever gone to.

I have always found the Doc to be 1oo% truth full. If she is in doubt about what is wrong with you, she will ask a specialist. That is a lot better then doctors that just guess so the don't so they don't look wrong. I have been going to the Doc for twenty years, and as long as I am in Lehigh I would not think of going any where else.

Nice but no follow up on blood work and radiology reports. If you call because a week or more has gone by with no word, they will tell you that blood work is normal but if you pick it up to look at it yourself, the results are anything but normal. Often assigned to a PA , despite probability of serious illness.

I'm grateful to have found a truly competent and compassionate Dr in this world of corporate medicine! Thank you, Charlene, and staff for all you do.

Great doctor whose practice suffered because of seasonal influx and big company management

Took over TWO WEEKS to prior authorize a really essential prescription I need just to function every day and LAUGHED at me when I called asking them POLITELY to please hurry up. WOW. Way to be caring and professional.

She was very nice at first but after 4 or 5 years now she just passes me off to her PA. She is big on sending you to specialists & lots of tests. The girls in the office think they know everything, they don't. They all try to tell each other what to do, all act like they are the boss. They do not follow written instructions. When you point out mistakes they argue even when they are wrong and do not stop until you show them they are wrong. Left a message 3 days in a row & still no one has returned my calls. My doctor confidence level has gone from high to extremely low. Looking for another doctor!
