Jerry is very responsive, even to new patients who have not had their first visit yet. It's clear to me that he's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also extremely compassionate. When my son was having eye issues, we had a hard time booking an appointment that wasn't many weeks away. Jerry went above and beyond and offered to squeeze him in and see him after hours. This is a doctor who truly puts patients first.

I had an urgent AMD issue a few days ago, and had a very difficult time to find a good doctor. So I wrote an email to Dr. Tsong, he responded right way, solved my insurance issue, and booked me an appointment the next day. I am grateful to Dr. Tsong and his office staff for helping me out. His easy going manner helped me to relax. I am glad everything went so well! Dr. Tsong is not only an excellent eye doctor; he is a wonderful person too. He understands the patients’ need and worries better than most of the Doctors! Thank you Doctor Tsong!

I just saw Dr. Jerry Tsong at Greenwich Opthalmology. He is a warm, caring doctor who puts patients at their ease. He explains things clearly and well, a quality often shared by the truly brilliant. He's a graduate of M.I.T. and Harvard Medical School! His staff of assistants is helpful and courteous. He has a wonderful reputation in Greenwich.
