Rude staff! I went to the doctor for a health concern it took me 6 months to get an appointment I got there and was told that I need to come back the next week for lab work I showed up and they said I didn't have an appointment I had to make another appointment ! I had a card too. Showed up for my lab work went back the following week and they told me that I wasn't scheduled. INSISTED to be seen! Was told I missed my appointment which means I was right. Never had my concern addressed even though I brought it up multiple times that she had more concern about my weight. I was NOT asking for pain meds I want to know what is wrong! They don't communicate with each other. Dr. Made me feel insignificant and stupid.

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Office staff member in the billing department is not courteous at all. Rude and unprofessional office staff. When rescheduling an appointment a patient is scheduled three or four months ahead. Ridiculous!!

I am a former patient of Dr Burnett. During an appt. in which I was not in good shape she was extremely offensive and condescending. For the record, I was not seeking drugs of any kind nor did I want any, so please don't assume that must have been the issue. She was unbelievably nasty that's all. I never went back and am now seeing the best family doctor you could find.

My wife said she made me feel stupid. I never want to see her again.

Irritable, unwilling to explain test results, not detail oriented, unprepared for appointment, left door wide open while I was on the exam table in stir ups, opened door and left open while my exam gown was open. Lost test results. Did not address all medical concerns, condescending. Would not recommend, worst physician I have ever seen.

At last, a caring physician. Excellent service.

Thorough and professional. Dr Burnett is compassionate and accommodating.

Diagnosed problem and recommended treatment.

Professional and very through. Follow up the next day on lab results.

Dr. Jimena is very professional and thorough. The only thing I didn't appreciate is that I was called in to review my bloodwork (there were no problems) and this could easily have been handled over the phone.
