Dr Sun is a wonderful Dr. I really do feel like under different circumstances I would sill be going to him. I have an inner ear disease and without medication I get vertigo quite frequently. On this medication I need frequent blood tests to ensure I can keep taking the medication. I’ve had many issues with his staff and the nurses not understanding Dr Sun’s directions which causes me to get more blood tests than is required. Unfortunately, this last time was the last straw. A month ago I visited Dr Sun with a blood test and he wanted to slightly change my medication. He said he would prescribe it and I would come back a month later. A month rolls by, no prescription so I call about a week before my appointment to say I shouldn’t come in because I never got the prescription. The receptionist says she will send it to the nurse and call me back. A couple days go by and I hear nothing so I call again, same answer. I just called this morning and now they are telling me I need another blood… test to get the medication... but why? Dr Sun wouldn’t talk to me on the phone and told me I could come in for an appointment. Now I’m off medication for a month and I am going to find a new ENT Dr. It is disappointing how Dr Sun runs his business.

Dr. James takes his time with his patients and answers all questions without making you feel rushed. His staff is super nice and welcoming. My husband and mom also go to Dr. James.

This doctor was really bad! The first time I saw him,he look at my ear and say Waah! then look at me, didn`t say anything. And he was singing while looking at the computer he did`t even close the door.Then he gave me a prescription without telling me how to take it. I found out later at the pharmacy that it`s had to sprayed it through the nostril. So I went to a different doctor, I was cured for the first appointment, just need an antibiotic and he charged less to my insurance.

As a wife of a patient who received surgery with Dr. Sun, I believe the family's experience is just as important as the patient's themselves. I came with my husband to both his initial appointment, and the surgery day. He was very professional, and also very funny to take off that nervousness you inevitably feel when your loved one has a suspicious nodule which needs to be removed. We were reassured the whole way that whatever the results, we would know how to proceed. That is reassuring in itself. All the way to the surgery day, I knew we were in good hands. My husband is now recovering, with minimal scarring from the surgery (he made the cut in an area where he already had a natural crease). Dr. Sun isn't just a doctor or surgeon. He is a very caring human being. Both my parents are doctors, and I am very sensitive to how other doctors treat their patients since I have grown up with beside manner. His staff in both the office and hospital was very professional and caring. We couldn't… have picked a better surgeon, and would gladly paid out of pocket to have Dr. Sun's care even if he had not been covered under insurance. What a great experience considering the circumstances. I can't praise Dr. Sun enough.

The office staff was very nice and helpful, however as for Dr. Sun I was not impressed. I had several questions concerning the problems I was having with my ear and my questions went ignored and was told everything was fine even though my ear is still draining blood. He did a test on me and told me my eardrum was not vibrating, however again, not to worry it was due to all the build-up of fluid in my inner ear. When I questioned him on this I was simply told to come back in two months for a re-evaluation.

drove from perris to corona for an appointment and after telling sun my problems I got more than once "BOY DIS IS A TOUGH ONE" explained problem in the inner jaw and he looked at the outer jaw. Likes to leave doors to patient rooms open so everybody can hear everybodys problems. HIPAA violation. office visit ended with "ICAN"T HELP YOU" So many worthless doctors in the world.

Excellent experience at the Corona office. The front desk was courteous and helpful and the Dr was fantastic. I was very happy with my experience overall, and left the office optimistic about my treatment and feeling confident in the diagnosis. I would highly recommend this Dr to my closest friends and family without hesitation.

My 1st visit and Dr.Sun did not disappoint. He has an excellent bedside manner, knows his stuff and I highly recommend him to all. I felt confident with his diagnosis.
