Dr. John Christopher Romano, MD

Love Dr Romano. His front office staff, not so much. I’ve been a professional in the Motion Picture Industry for over 34 years; I can tell you this front office staff would not be tolerated from day one. The girl that first greets you is extremely rude, frightening facial expressions and acts like she’s doing you a big favor while checking you in. I mentioned to her all my info including insurance, address, etc., is the same when she asked me to complete a new form. She snapped back with a disgustingly hateful look saying, “if you let me finish!” Ordinarily I would have put her in her place but thought, she really must be a miserable woman. As a patient of Dr Romanos, I despise calling his office when I need to. Not a good first impression of Dr Romanos office.

I'm so sad to be leaving this doctor due to a move out of state. He is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Romano never seems rushed and takes time to answer all my questions. His assistant, Rosemary, is excellent and follows through with all orders.

I realy appreciate Dr. Romano's patience, he doesn;t rush, he if very thorough and explains everything in easy to understand terms. He is a wonderful, careing Doctor.
