Dr. Chesson contacted me on his cell phone when I inquired about his services and suggested I text or call anytime. I was blown away with how friendly he was and helpful with my urology questions. I have never met a doctor who took such a thorough new patient intake. I like him very much and have referred him to many of my friends.

I’ve been a patient for 9 months now and I haven’t doubted Dr. Chesson’s opinons once. You may end up having to wait a little bit longer but that’s because he is not one of these “in and out” drs who only cares about how many patients they can fit in. I’d recommend calling on your way in and asking if he’s running behind. If so, grab yourself a coffee on the way in and rest assured that when it’s your turn, Dr. Chesson will take as much time as you need to fee comfortable with his plan of action. We are very lucky to have a Dr like Dr Chesson in Winchester.

My daughter has a lot of medical issues including a kidney disease that causes her to pass huge amounts of kidney stones, she's passed 166. I have to cx a lot of drs appts especially when she's passing stones. Dr Chesson came in the room and started going off and saying it wasn't fair to him that she couldn't make all her appts because she's ill. He didn't just do this once he did it thru the entire appt. I'm her caregiver and mom, I get pd to care for her because she's disabled. I tried speaking up during the appt and he told my daughter the appt is between him and her and not them and her mom. The entire appt was him throwing his hands up in the air, telling us he didn't trust ultrasounds, she had an U/S in the ER that showed she had a 6mm stone in her left kidney but he said u/s made the stones look bigger so whats he do but order another u/s. My daughters nephrologist ordered a 24 hr urine. We told him that! He said he was ordering one too l. I asked him which one we… should do his or the nephrologist, he acted like a child. He huffed and puffed and then said I don't know do both! He has the maturity level of a 5 yr old. He didn't let either of us say 5 words.

Dr. Chesson is professional and compassionate. His staff is kind and caring. They were very informative and respectful of my privacy, and I felt like I was in a very secure environment. I am a nurse and found my experience very positive.

Dr. Chesson is a wonderful dr.! He has been very thorough in regard to diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. He has walked with my wife and myself all the way. Would highly recommend him!
