Dr. John Irison Hughes

He will schedule a colosnoscopy and upper GI study ($$$), after that you are on your own!!! He changes his diagnosis all the time. He does not read your emails so you will pretty much guessing what to do next. Or you will receive a letter, which I think his staff use for everybody, which will explain about a diet with stuff you already told him you are not eating. very polite guy but that's all. If you really want to find out what is wrong with you, run away from him. Do not give up, there always somebody willing to help you out there.

Dr. Hughes is a nice guy but definitely waaaaay past his prime. During his appointments, he says he's gonna do this or that, and then by the end, he forgets what he said. The thinks he told you something, but really it was only in his mind. He does not have the patience to spend enough time to analyze his patients previous tests and make a better diagnosis. He is waaaaaaaaay old school and time has passed him by. Better find another doctor if you have anything but routine problems.

Dr. John Hughes is one of the finest physicians in practice -- regardless of specialty. His bedside manner is without equal. He immediately instills confidence by carefully explaining the procedure and what to expect. His dual boards speak for his professional attainment. He is an intellectually curious physician with many professional interests including tumor marker research.

Dr. Hughes is a very good doctor and really care about you and your health. He always has a smile and great you by your name. Thank God for such a good doctor.
