I've always been completely satisfied with the care I receive.

It was my last visit because I'm moving out of state. Dr Livingstone gave me thoughtful advice on the need for neurology follow up and recommendations. He's always been a joy to talk to and always gave me thoughtful and useful information. I'll miss our visits.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Livingstone. I was referred to Riverside because the MC Donald's hospital nurses at Fort Eustis could not determine what I had. This is the first time a doctor has been so patient with me. He took his time and listens to my story. He did not hurry me and despite my accent he took his time. I was more than happy. It was a very beautiful experience. Thank you for your promptness and dedication. It is clear that I would recommend it without hesitation.

New patient, Dr seemed ok, staff not so much. Trying to get your lab results seems impossible, you can call them but they can’t return your calls.

Dr Livingstone is not good with follow ups. After the diagnosis, we had contacted him regarding issues with the medication and a better understanding of the diagnosis. He didn't return any of the 6 phone messages we had left him over a 4 week period.
