I never even got to make the appointment because of the phone girl who was unbelievably shocking rude to me.That's the most rude i've ever been spoken to in my 55 years of life. She wouldn't listen to me, she talked over me, she lied and said that they never got my referral, but she never asked for my name or any information from me, I didn't hardly get a chance to speak, I said hi, I'm calling to make an appointment. And she was very short , "we don't do that , you need a referral" I then say "oh, I'm so sorry I actually did get the referral, That's why i'm calling because the referral went through, And it said that I should call you to set up an appointment., . She again tells me that she doesn't have it She's all caught up and she doesn't have it without even knowing who I am , I then, am trying to explain When it went through, what it said, who my doctor is , who I am She starts screaming at me. Just yelling over me and hangs up on me I am literally shook over this phone call I… am looking into if I can report this to anyone. Because people with heart conditions that get referrals that try to call and make an appointment shouldn't be treated that way. So I call my doctor's office to see if they can give me any information about it. And they look into it and said that my referral did go through and get approved, but they refused it and didn't give a reason why they wouldn't take me on as a patient, just No . That woman was so rude and unprofessional, and I'm sure I'm not the only person that she's treated this way as I could see by some of the other reviews.
