I have been visited this Doctor since I believe 2013 and I have always had an excellent attention and service, I had recommended him several time already.

HORRIBLE DR! He never looked at my cat scan, spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I had a cat scan showing a mass in my throat and my symptoms had been going on over 1 year. He assured me 100% since I never smoke that I did not have throat cancer. Well, second opinion found the cancerous mass and cancer on my vocal cords. If I had listened to this man I would be dead in a year! HORRIBLE

I had a cat scan performed by allergist, scan showed asymmetric density involving oropharynx and thickening of epiglottis. So I was referred to John Moore. He barely spent 5 minutes with me; his first words were I don't have cancer nor a mass. That I have never smoked and to have throat cancer I would have had to smoked all my life. He attempted to look at throat thru my mouth with a mirror, I gagged. He said my voice box was damaged from a prior surgery and he would send me to a doctor that would repair my voice box. I told him to slow down, asking him again, are you sure i have nothing to worry about because the cat scan showed a mass. His exact words were, I am 100% sure you don't have cancer or any mass. I must have laid wrong on the scan and I have a thick neck which probably caused the false reading. Well let me assure you of this. HE WAS 100% WRONG!!!. If I hadn't gone for a second opinion they would not have found the cancer. THAT'S RIGHT I HAVE THROAT CANCER. And… man is a head, neck and throat cancer specialist????? I have had surgery and now I am in radiation. THANK GOD I didnt listen to this man!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

Did not give me enough time to discuss the reason for my problem. Just prescribed the medicine and was on his way out. The office nurse line is not very helpful either. As ENT specialist you would expect more in depth discussion in trying to find out the root cause of your patient's problem. A Doctor can't just presribe a medicine and expect the patient to believe their diagnosis is accurate. More assurance and in-depth discussion is needed as patient is being charged $$$ for the visit.

My experience with Dr. Moore was wonderful. I was in to see him with 10 minutes. He was very perceptive and kind. The staff was truly genuine and did everything to make my experience a truly positive one.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I was uneasy when I went in but after being seated and talking to Dr. Moore I felt completely comfortable.

Well I had a nose, uvula, and tonsil surgery all at once with this doctor. I told him this is a very painful procedure and what type of pain meds would be used after surgery. He said don't worry we have you covered. BIG MISTAKE!!! After the morphine wore off at home I went into the worst pain in my life! I called the doctor and all I got was codine! I begged for a stronger med and he said sorry this is it. I sat up on the couch for 4 days in total pain getting almost no sleep. I still have flash backs to this pain and also night mares. What should have happened is I should have been referred to a pain specialist before the operation and gotten a strong pain med so I could control the pain on one of the most painful surgeries you can undertake. Shame on you doctor and thanks for the memories!
