My family’s doctor since 1982. Treated my mom to age 98. Caught her pulmonary embolism after it was missed by urgent care. Found her breast cancer even though mammogram was normal. Diagnosed my malaria after trip to Africa. Is compassionate, warm and friendly, . over the years he has had both good and bad staff members and sometimes I’ve waited over 30 minutes. Nonetheless, it’s worth it!

I've been a patient with the office for over 15 years. I appreciate the time that Dr Okerblom spends with me each and every visit, and I understand if he is running behind because he takes time to explain things to me so I understand. He has always accurately diagnosed my problems and has been approachable with all of my questions and concerns. I feel he genuinely cares for his patients.

Misdiagnosed me with pneumonia. I went to him 3x in one week and he gave me Amoxicillian. I kept telling him I was getting worse. Hubby took me to the ER and they admitted me. I was hospitalized for 5 days. He misdiagnosed my daughter with mono.

After waiting for a long time, he rushed out of the room and left his medical assistant to finish his notes on the computer. I hoped she knew what she was doing.

Dr. Okerblom has a personal concern for all of his patients. He is thorough to make sure he comes to the correct diagnoses. I owe him everythinghe save my life when to correctly diagnosed my aggressive cancer. I was in the oncologist office and receiving chemo within 3 days.

DOCTOR OKERBLOM IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS AROUND. YES, HIS OFFICE CAN GET HECTIC AT TIMES-BUT THAT GOES WITH AN OFFICE THAT HAS A DOCTOR THAT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MANY!

I have been going to Dr. Okerblom for years and he is a great Dr. who listens and doesn't rush you out. He has correctly diagnosed medical issues that I've had. I have recommended him to my friends before.The issues that I've encountered is that its hard to get an appointment and there is always a long wait about 45 minutes from the time of arrival to the time you speak with the Doctor.The other issue is with his staff (this is not in reference to all of his staff), in the past they have been rude on the telephone and gave me results of some of my tests that were speculative and inaccurate. I was upset that they had access to look up my personal information on the computer, after I was transfered to the nurse she verified that the information the staff provided me was inaccurate and provided me with my correct results. If I didn't have such a great Doctor I would have changed Doctors a long time ago, so I don't have to deal with unprofessional staff members.
