Dr John Phillip Myers, MD

I adore this doctor and I'm an old crabby Karen that doesn't like anything. I wouldn't let anyone else (doctor) touch my eyes. I trust him whole heartedly and I don't trust anyone. If you have eye issues, this is the guy you want to go to.

Be prepared to wait. But, we are so fortunate to have Dr Myers and his staff available to us in Pensacola. Yesterday while I waited for my appointment there were 3-4 emergency cases seen. Remember, if you are one of those emergency I’m sure you would be grateful for those willing to wait with grace and understanding.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr Myers is very caring and lets me know how my eye looks before I get my shot. Have to see him every 12 weeks now

Been to the Pensacola location for approximately 6-7 visits. Always minimum 1 hr wait, waited as long as 1 hr 45 minutes. Other patients in waiting room says the same. Majority of the wait is after techs have done tests, waiting to be called to exam room to be seen by Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Myers for several years and am nothing but pleased with thecare I have received. He is professional and caring

I was referred to Dr Meyer due to tears and a partially detached retna at 4:30pm. Dr Meyers stayed until 6:45 diagnosing and performing surgery. He was calm and compassionate the entire time. Office staff was professional and very courteous. Recommend.

Dr Myers was swift and compassionate performing the laser surgery. The staff was friendly and caring. Since I was referred from another ophthalmologist, there was no follow up with him and after the slight trauma of the laser, I forgot what he said to do next.
