I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lanza’s for about 15 years and I trust him completely. He is an outstanding diagnostician, a highly skilled and professional physician with a bedside manner that is rare and much appreciated in times of sickness. I don’t particularly like his partner but his staff has always been excellent. I would recommend him without hesitation .

I became extremely ill with mouth sores and inner throat swelling, closure of throat, unable to drink or eat, 3rd episode in approx. 5 months. His receptionist abruptly told me she does not do same day app'ts and Dr. Lanza was out of town for the next week; he had no one to cover his practice! Our town has no other ENT and this one does not take care of patient's needs!

I found Dr. Lanza to be very arrogant and self absorbed. I have had chronic sinus conditions for years without relief. When I was telling him about my condition he interrupted constantly with remarks that indicated I was misleading. When he gave me advice and I said I already tried that and it did not work, he gave up and dismissed me.

I had been to several doctors & Dr. Lanza's office was the only one that diagnosed my problem. Thank you so much, Dr. Lanza.

I have found Dr. Lanza to be very professional and efficient. He has never made me feel like I was taking up too much and he's always willing to explain everything in detail to make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend him. I have seen him several times over the past 20 yrs. He is a very compassionate doctor.
