Dr. John Paul Wiseman, MD

I find Dr. John very soft spoken and understanding Man. He takes time to listen to any Problems you may have. His Staff is very friendly and professional. Always a short Wait time, which is always important to me.

Dr. John is a very soft spoken man and good at making going to the doctor a much easier experience. I had to recently find a new doc after my family physician had to retire suddenly because of his own health. My family and I tried a couple of different doctors but we never felt comfortable. I then made an appointment with Dr. John Wiseman. For the first time in 2 years I felt at ease and comfortable again. He's not the kind of doctor to come in the room and listen to you for 2 minutes and tell you do this and walk out of the room. He does something that's rare these days, he spends time to listen to you and actually can carry on a conversation rather than just barking out a quick diagnosis and storming out of the room. I think what I find most comforting is Dr. Johns calm demeanor. But it's not just Dr. John, it's his entire staff. They are all very courteous and friendly and they combined with Dr. Wiseman help to make a difficult stressful time easier to get through. I trust Dr.… John with the health care of my entire family from my 13 year old son to my 68 year old mother.

This man needs to be shut down. This doctor has consistently prescribed pain meds, xanax and ambien to my husband who is now an addict and is having tons of problems, including us getting a divorce. Every time my husband asked him to increase his meds, Dr. Wiseman did so, rather than trying to find out why he is wanting more meds. I do not understand doctors who enable patients to become addicts by prescribing a variety of addictive drugs. Now our marriage is over and I can only imagine what is going to happen to my husband if he continues down this road of destruction.

Dr. John and his staff are very professional and courteous. He spends a good deal of time addressing all my questions and concerns. His staff is always ready to help with anything from rescheduling appointments to making copies of records. He's always referred me to only the best specialists that will take as good care of me as he does.
