Dr. Jonathan Ari Erber, MD

I saw him for a second opinion. Without having explained what procedure I will have, he performed it promptly. I got severely sick. Never returned any emergency line phone calls, no contact with me as a patient at all. The 50 year old device has never returned any records. Numerous phone calls to his office remained unanswered! No professional in his office, let alone the doc himself!

These doctors are "old school" and in this day and age of store front "one and done" fragmented care, this is a good thing. Dr. Jonathan Erber takes the time to listen to me and carefully reviews all the information and explained to me what the problem was. He did not run a huge battery of tests, just simple test to help make the diagnosis. Every time I have needed him over the past few years, be it in person or by phone, he and his staff were also available, even when he is on vacation. I trust Dr. Erber and his staff with me health and will forever be grateful.

Not your typical visit to a doctors office. The entire staff had a genuine concern for my care. The doctor took his time to listen to me and over several visits, procedures and telephone follow ups, I am feeling better with a treatment plan that we agreed on. Scheduling appointments was a snap. The office communicated with me every step of the way. The doctor was always available by phone or would return calls promptly. His medical assistants were competent in assisting with ordering lab testing and ensuring my prescriptions were filled. It’s obvious why this practice which consists of Dr Jonathan Erber and his father Dr William Erber has been around for ever. They care for their patients and the community around them. Thank you!

His office failed to call in my prescription and when I called three times to rectify this he told me I was disrupting him. My illness was actually disrupting this doctor. Done and Done.

He made me get an unnecessary colonoscopy that he did himself (so could be monetary gains ware involved) than he told me i need immediate surgery and said he already scheduled an appointment with a Dr. that he works with, when i told him I would like to go to different Dr. he said its an emergency and you cant wait for different Dr. to see you, but I did go to a different Dr and when the Dr asked for colonoscopy pictures cd Dr Erber refused to give it me, the only thing he agreed to give me is his written opinion that i need surgery, after threatening with legal action, he gave me paper copy's of the colonoscopy pictures, but made me sign that i will return it in 24 hours, when I showed it to the other Dr he said there is nothing their to even think of surgery, and he also told me I have the legal right to keep my results, but i did return it, because Dr Erber and his staff harassed me with continues calls and threats,

Dr. Jonathan Erber is an outstanding doctor , who is caring and a true professional. He patiently listens and answers every question , He returns phone calls and treats you like you are his only patient. God Bless him .

I was very satisfied and comfortable with Dr. Erber. I was a nervous wreck going to see him for the 1st time, and even though we didn't spend a lot of time talking about the procedure he had to do, I felt comfortable knowing he was going to do it. The day of the procedure he was pleasant and when it was over he gave me the good news as quickly as he could. He is a true professional.

I saw this doctor, Jonathan Erber, 2 times and did not have any problems waiting. He patiently answer my questions.
