Dr. Jonathan Paul Gainor, MD

I had a total knee replacement (TKR) on my left knee performed by Dr. Johnathan Gainor in 04/25 This has been one of the most painful and disappointing experiences of my life. Shortly after surgery, I developed an infection that required a full week in the hospital. I contacted Dr. Gainor’s office repeatedly after surgery, desperate for help, but my calls went unanswered for days. I was finally seen five days later—only to be sent straight to the ER. When I saw him again three weeks later due to persistent pain, he said he “didn’t know what to do” and referred me to pain management. At no point did Dr. Gainor make a genuine effort to determine the root cause of my knee pain. He never ordered additional tests or took any meaningful steps to investigate why I continued to suffer. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and sent me away to another doctor, avoiding his own responsibility to his patient. It has now been six months since the surgery, and I continue to live with pain

I went for my 4 month check up after a left knee replacement recently . The surgery went extremely well and I am walking better than I have in years. Thank you Dr. Gainor for giving me my life back. He is an excellent surgeon and just a nice person that I had confidence in from the beginning.

I have heard so many good things about Dr. Gainor. I decided to go see him myself. So glad I did. I was really impressed with him. Very friendly, listens, and answered all my questions. I felt very at ease with him. I finally found a surgeon for my knee replacement. Also, staff is very pleasant.

Had a full knee left replacement about 3 years ago. Everything went as planned and had no negative issues. I am scheduled to have my right knee replaced this fall.

The pain control regimen Dr. Set up for me just before and after surgery was excellent!! Far less pain than my other knee replacement by a long shot. Terrific man and surgeon. He will be doing the revision on my first knee replacement when it is time.

Dr Gainor is the best !!! Great caring personality. Spent time explaining my situation. I am completely comfortable during my visits. I would highly recommend him.

I Did not really understand my diagnosis and he made no effort to explain it in terms I could understand. And I have 2 masters degrees.

We both LOVED Dr. Gainor and were VERY pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Gainor was sharp, feels "surgery" should always be the LAST option ( as we do! ), was informative, yet very pleasant and charming! No time was "wasted" and yet we did not feel rushed!! And, we loved the entire staff experience!! GREAT OFFICE!!! Will recommend to others!!!
