Dr. Jonathan Paul Payne, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Payne for over two years now. He is an excellent Dr. I have decided to leave his office do to the office manager. I scheduled an appointment a year ago, 2014. I was called the day of my appointment to remind me that my appointment was that morning at 8:00 keep in mind that it was already 8:15 am when I was notified. I explained I was not aware that I had the appointment at the time. I reschedule for a later date. I received a bill for $35. This was bulled to me because I missed my appointment. I explained that I never confirmed that I would be there because I never received a reminder. I was told I still owed the $35. I will pay the $35 because I dont need this on my credit history but I never received a call and office manager is basically telling me that I did. I have no reason to make false statement and feel that what I have expressed is not being heard. So, with all this being said, I have decided to go elsewhere for treatment. Dr. Payne is a… great Dr.... BUT I cant deal with his office manager. I never confirmed, this appointment that I made a year ago, so why am I being charged? My issue...

Dr. Payne is a wonderful doctor! He is very caring and takes extra time for questions and concerns. . All of his staff are very friendly and they always make me feel at ease. He gives ,much time and care to his patients. He is the very best OBGYN in South Georgia, for sure!!!

Dr Payne is the best Dr ever! He did an outstanding job all through out my pregnancy. Made me comfortable and always listened to my concerns and was amazing. He even allowed my husband to participate in the birth of our son. The most memorable event ever! He also did my hysterectomy and I had no pain whatsoever! He's the best!
