Dr. Jordan Eli Brodsky, MD

I had an appt on 8/14/2025 and I arrived late. I take full accountability for my lateness and apologized immediately upon giving my name. I was told that the test I was supposed to have, I can't have due to my physician writing a December date. I told them that I'm a year overdue and I'm late in having the test. So I waited and the Assistant Mgr, Anne Marie came out to introduce herself. I left this person 5 messages about my unhappiness to see another physician. She apologized to say she has to answer 50+ phone calls in a day and didn't have time to return my call but she did receive all of my messages. Is this how a patient is supposed to be treated? Whatever happened to patient care and positive patient outcomes? Turns out the info in my chart was inaccurate and now I'm told I can't actually have the test because I came in late. I told the Assistant Manager that I can't speak at the moment because I was so upset and that I'm leaving. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS OFFICE! This… establishment is packed with patients and confusion. So many employees but still chaotic. An employee is only as good as its manager and from what I've observed everything matches. The communication is poor. The level of neglect is horrifying. I did overlook some things in the past but I shouldn't have. As a Nurse, I would never treat or have I ever treated my patients this way. But if you like being ignored, don't mind confusion, and prefer less than standard healthcare, this is the place for you!

I'm a new patient of Dr. Brodsky, as he was referred by my PCP. I was very nervous going in but Dr. Brodsky welcomed me as if he'd known me for years. He made me feel comfortable and lowered my anxiety. I truly feel that we're going to have a great relationship going forward. I didn't wait too long after my scheduled appt time but, as my eyes have witnessed, I must have patience if my wait time becomes lengthier because this office is booming with patients and staff.

I do not normally write reviews online but I have been seeing Dr. Brodsky for over 2 years now and I am beyond happy. Dr Brodsky is the best of the best! He is kind, patient as well as thorough. He takes the time to listen and to evaluate. He is proactive with medicines and treatments. Dr. Brodsky is always available. The office as well, runs beautifully! Everyone is lovely there (shout out to Annmarie and Karen for all their help too)! Dr. Brodsky appointments are always right on time! I’m very lucky to have him as my doctor!! I feel I am in very good hands and blesses with such a caring and thoughtful doctor! I highly recommend him!!

I have found the best doctor on Long Island . I was thrilled with my visit with Dr. Brodsky. He was attentive, relatable, explained everything in great detail and was very easy to talk to. I also didn't feel like he was rushing out the door. I've never reviewed before, but this warranted one. Definitely recommend!!

One word comes to mind when I think of Dr. Brodsky: incredible. He does it all- he is smart, carting, friendly. Would recommend anyone suffering with any joint pain see Dr. Brodsky. Can’t thank him enough for all he has done fore me!

Besides having incredible bedside manner dr Brodsky takes the time to listen. Beyond happy with my experience at his office. Also his staff are so nice and friendly . Would highly recommend him!
