Dr. Jorge Luis Serrat, MD

Dr. Serrat has seen my daughter for two years without much success. on his reccomendation we went for a second opinion and switch (with his approval) to another medication to deal with Thyroidism. Eventhough we have had positive results, the new medication is not one that he uses (there are only two meds available)and he and his staff have effectively 'written off' my daughter as untreatable. During the last two visits his staff was so rude and unprofessional that they made my 10yr old daughter cry and my wife stormed out of the office. This plce will NEVER reveive a positive rating from me. A 'care provider' should never make a 10yr old patient feel like they are broken and unwanted.

Offfice staff is extremely insufficient, rude and totally unprofessional, and conviently forgetful. They are not helpful at all.
