If you need a doctor that answers call back requests and treats your family like they are important, then this doctor isn’t for you. Took him almost a week to return a phone call and still waiting…. Like literally? Can’t take 5 minutes? My wife has asked him to call me. I have asked him to call me. What a joke

The best doctor I have seen for my mental health issues very professional and super polite he will give you the right medication and he does her over medicate anyone he also prescribed and deal with your situation and illness the right way nothing but good experience being in his patient throughout the years I hope you He see this I know how much I appreciate him five stars he’s a great Doctor Jose Cruz JR!

Good Dr. Listens, but hey it's psychiatry right? Pretty much what you're gonna get out of it is a prescription(s). I have been seeing him for over 2 years now. I think if I had better insurance, talk therapy would be more helpful, but over all good person.

He has treat me for several years and I thanks God I found him because other doctor were not able to help me as he did. I am stable at present time with his help.

He listens to you, He is not a Doctor who tries to rush you out of the office.He listens to everything you have to say. I alsom knew his father a long time ago when I worked at Cedars. His father was the same way. Very dedicated.

I had scheduled an appt weeks prior as a new patient. When I went for my scheduled appt, the Dr. had already left for the day. This is unbelievable and unprofessional. STAY AWAY. His office is a dump, too. There are many other legit professionals out there, so do yourself a favor and find one of those.

I made an appointment well over a month ago with Dr Cruz and was called TWO HOURS before my appointment time and told that they were cancelling my appt as the Doctor decided he was not accepting new patients. This is unprofessional and irresponsible.
