Dr. Jose Alemar, MD

I would give zero stars if I could. This man was not just rude and has terrible bedside manner he just stopped seeing my mother as a patient after his diagnosis was wrong. He should be in a different field. Just terrible.

Told my 89 year old mother she had 2 years to live. Zero bedside manner and compassion. When he called me he was rude and uncaring. I was civil and pleasant and he hung up on me. If I could give him zero stars I would. I drove to the office to speak with office manager to make a complaint. I requested a copy of the call and they said they did not record calls. I do not believe this to be true as most medical facilities keep phone records for quality service and in case of legal issues. Office manager gave me the phone number of head office legal dept. When I called the number she gave me was for there pharmacy. Called to request correct telephone number. I was told she needed to look for it and call me back. I am now waiting for a call back. Shocked a disappointed that a medical facility could be so uncaring and unhelpful....

Glad he's gone. Terrible communication. Terrible that he treated conditions he was not qualified to. Not enough supervision or collaboration within his team at FCS. Do Not Recommend.

The absolute worst doctor. And his company. Avoid at all costs.

Not the doctor or care we expected. Seemed to lack knowledge of the condition, honesty to the patient and family. I would recommend an NCI Facility with oncologists, surgeons, labs, etc on staff.

I want to retract my earlier remark about Dr. Alemar. I did not have all the facts and according to my mother, he has used all the appropriate tests/ treatments for her cancer. She is pleased and that is all that matters.

Dr Alemar has treated both me and my husband for cancer - we both think he’s an excellent doctor.

Dr. Alemar and his staff have been an absolute godsend for my father and our family during his battle with cancer. He and his entire clinic have gone over and above anything we expected when it comes to accommodating us and treating my father. Dr. Alemar is extremely knowledgeable about the latest advancements and treats his patients with the best and most up-to-date treatments available! I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Alemar to anyone I know that is fighting cancer.

Dr Alemar is always professional and concerned about me and my problems and the results of all tests. He will call you if he feels he needs to give you information of tests before you come in. He has an A+ rating from all of my church members that know about him and that is how I found out about him. Wonderful Doctor and I highly recommend him if you have cancer concerns.

You won't find a more compassionate and understanding doctor than Dr. Alemar. I have been seeing him since 2012. He always makes me feel like a valued patient and takes into consideration my feelings and how I am mentally capable of dealing with a difficult diagnoses or change in treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Alemar. He has a lot of contacts he will reach out to and he doesn't forget about you once you leave his office. He is the best.
