Bought my wife there first time waited. 90 minutes and learned nothing of her memory issues. Today waited 1 hr before leaving as they closed for lunch. Upon arriving rude receptionist questioned if we had an appointment, we did (shouldnt they know?).Gave up on this Dr. and staff.

AFTER BEING A PATIENT FOR YEARS I HAD SO MANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE STAFF THAT I CHANGED DOCTORS,TOO BAD, I REALLY LIKED MY DOCTOR BUT I COULD NOT DEAL WITH HIS OFFICE STAFF. MOSTLY THAT TERRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER ANNA LEE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PERSON !!!

My grandmother who was has cranial issues. She was told by the staff to go to the e.r. when she went in for sharp pain in her head. She asked for a referral for a specialist the staff refused to give her a referral for a neurologist back in December. When they finally did the referral they made it for something completely different so she had to cancel the appointment that was made for her in February. Now she is having chest pains and has to deal with the rude staff, wait a long to see the dr. and struggle to get a referral for a specialist, mind you they have yet to correct the first mistake for the head pain. It could be an aneurysm or she could be having a mini stroke and they are too busy being rude, careless and inconsiderate. Now if something happens to my grandmother because the staff refused to treat patients with patient care what do we do then. They don't fear the worst because it's not them or their family. I can't stop thinking what if it leads to death do we just have to deal with it? we will switch Doctors because of this life threating careless treatment.

You can't call to make app. you have to go in. They don't answer the phone. Big one of all they are rude to the specialist offices.
