Dr. Jose Javier Derdoy, MD

Dr. Derdoy is an exceptional doctor. Our boy was horrifically since birth and was given all types of diagnoses and medications to no avail. He screamed almost constantly. He was allergic to almost everything. Dr. Derdoy was the one who figured out what was wrong fairly quickly. He got relief within days. He is still on major meds, but he is comfortable most of the time. I feel he saved our boy's life after four previous specialists failed to help him.

Dr Derdoy is an absolutely amazing pediatric gastroenterologist! He is very thorough, extremely smart, friendly, and excellent with my son. He's truly one of the best doctors I've ever met, and I'm an RN. He goes above and beyond everytime we see him, and if we need call needing something.

First he is incredibly intelligent. I am a nurse with a special needs son. He has always included me in all of the treatment, gave me websites to gain more information on how to help my son. He is a parent's dream.

Stephanie in the billing office for this doctor was rude when I reminded her that my child was entitled to a discount per a letter from Mercy Patient Services. She said she was new to the job and too busy to fix the problem.

This doctor is quite the man. He is the most wonderful doctor I have had throughout the years of my lifetime. He is smart and intelligent and the perfect doctor for anyone in need.
