Dr. Joseph Francis Fasanello, MD

I could not be more upset with the utter lack of care here. It's a chop shop, with PA Kelly Farrel dismissing my shoulder pain as "just a nerve thing" and an incompetent administrative staff. I am supposed to have a Prolia shot every six months which goes through a specialty pharmacy. First, the front desk sent the wrong form for NYS regulations. That took two weeks and multiple long phone calls back and forth with wait times up to a half hour. Then the order was unclear, and the pharmacist had questions. That took another two weeks and multiple calls with long hold times. Then because they delayed so long, the prior authorization expired. This is about 1.5 months into this fiasco. Mind you, I have had two hip fractures and a bone lesion that won't heal, so it's kinda urgent I get my meds. So when I began to make the next round of lengthy calls with the pharmacy and the doctor's office, I was told the doctor's office inexplicably cancelled the order altogether. AVOID, AVOID,… AVOID this incompetent, assembly line doctor's office.

Dr Fasanello is by far the best phsycian I have ever went to. He is very caring and helps you with every single problem you may be having. I highly recommend him for your primary care needs

I just love Dr. Fasanello! He recently went out of his way to call me after hours for something that’s been bothering me for quite some time, which meant a lot to me. He really cares about his patients and is a one of a kind!

It's always easy to get an immediate appointment for even a minor medical problem. Dr. Fasanello is an outstanding Primary Doctor who is highly regarded by his patients as extremely thorough. Dr. Fasanello is known for spendsing significant time with each patient, and his staff is very good..
