Dr. Greco performed a quick superficial laser treatment on my face. It had no visible effect on my age spots or fine lines as promised. I was charged 2400.00 for a worthless treatment. I was then told I would need additional treatments. Very dissatisfied.

Yes, Dr Greco’s skill as a dermatologist is exceptional, but more than that, he is one of the warmest, kindest, most caring people you will ever meet. His beautiful wife, Vicky works with him in the office, and the two of them have created a culture that is indicative of their strongly held values. Excellence in care in every way. I had a dermatologist here in town that I loved very much and about 10 years ago he retired. Since that time I have tried more dermatologists than I can even list. Several just rushed in the room, did a 5 minute (at most) full body scan, and didn’t have the time to answer my questions. I would politely leave and never come back. I know I have high standards when it comes to the quality of patient care, and I am thrilled to finally find a doctor, and his entire team, who truly live up to those standards.

Dr Greco is one of the finest doctors I have have ever been treated by. I am so saddened that he is leaving UCLA. I would like to know his new location if possible and wish him all the best where ever he goes. Thank you so very much for your talent and kindness

I had a small basal cell carcinoma on my face about the size of a BB. It was supposed to be removed by Mohs surgery where they go small slice at a time until it's all gone. He just made one huge inch long cut and closed it up with what looked like dog stitches. He belongs in an Army MASH unit on the front lines doing emergency stuff.

Seldom do I say I actually enjoy visiting a doctor, but I do enjoy visiting Dr. Greco. He is prompt, effecient, shows great concern for his patients, and is generally a joy to be around.

UCLA books multiple Mohs surgeries with this physician at the same time, and he goes from patient to patient taking samples to see if cancer completely removed, running from room to room. It strikes me more concern is given toward pushing multiple patients through and collecting fees than care of the patients. I was left with an enormous incision about 5 times the size of the lesion and would never book another procedure with him or there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greco's for several years. He has treated myself and my husband for skin cancer. He has removed pre-CA areas, biopsied a few areas, and twice performed MOHS surgery (once on each of us). He always takes his time with us, explaining what he's about to do to prepare us and (when asked) advising us conservatively to not rush in to surgery. We so appreciate his information and his surgical skill. My reason for writing this today is that I noticed some very negative comments about him and I wanted to note that my experience and my husband's have been very different. My prior Beverly Hills dermatologist left a scar that I hate in the center of my chest and, because she did not do MOHS surgery herself, she never suggested it as a possibilty. Dr. Greco is great for us.

Nice man but horrible surgeon. I still have a huge scar on my forehead from 2 inch hole he cut from a year ago.
