Dr. Joseph Guardino is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen, specialists included. He doesn't listen, he won't perform even the most basic exams, and just assigns you off to specialists to get you out of the office faster. They are often the wrong specialists. He'll recommend labs and then ignore them. He actually recommended bloodwork, which did find a problem, and then he refused to look at it because another office ordered it. "Ask them," he said. He is completely checked out of his job and just hoping to coast until retirement, and he's doing this with people's lives on the line. Never see this man.

I made an appointment for a wellness visit. I told the doctor I had no concerns. Conducted the physical, drew blood and had brief conversation. He charged me for an office visit on top of the wellness visit and broke out the lab work and charged extra for blood work for a previous diagnosis.

I have Been with prohealth since it started... My dr recently moved far away... I made an appointment to treat my chronic pain with this fool... Got a call from his nurse that he won't see me because the receptionist didn't like my attitude..... Are you kidding me??

Girlfriend has been low on Vitamin D for long time. Been given supplements for long time. Needed refills WEEKS ago. Elaine says needs blood test to see where levels are. She sends blood test form by SNAIL MAIL. Blood test should have been taken when patient was on Vitamin D to make sure levels are not too high not when patient is off medication(for weeks) when we know levels are low. To top this off Elaine puts on request form that patient must get this done during a 4 DAY WINDOW a week from now. Are you kidding. Then she has to make an office visit to go over results. By the time she gets Vitamin D it will be a MONTH. She has NEVER had problems getting any medications from other doctors but this office is such a joke and nightmare. Beware of the rude staff there also. Read other reviews of this office. :-(

Doctor works all Monday and half days Tuesday thru Thursday. Friday off. These are his hours but patients need medical assistance FULL TIME. Never in my life have I seen an office like this one. Staff is the rudest ever seen. Read the other reviews. I agree!!!

Elaine broke HIPAA laws and ethics by calling girlfriend to tell her I was banned from practice. She also said I went down to their office and put up a big stink when I was OUT OF TOWN!!! What a liar!!!

Tried to get a refill for a medication for 2 weeks and staff would not do it. Incredible!!!!
