This is a very unprofessional place. I don't know how in the world they say they stay booked and busy all the time! Obviously, they must only look up to the white collar people and rich people! Because that's all I seen in there when I was in there, and that's all I saw, got taken care of in a timely and well mannered way. When I was there, they looked like they was tired of hearing talk and did not want to do anything to help my problem at any point!, I was told to pick up a letter this morning, just checked on it and they never even done anything about that either just like they never called me back about it! The paper is very urgent that I need. And they tell me that I've gotta wait again after two months waiting to see the doctor in general. What are you supposed to do when you're supposed to have a primary health healthcare position that don't even do anything for you?, No test no nothing only just blood work and only a little at that! All these doctors from the hospital and this… office knows that I cannot work on my legs because they are really bad right now, including my back and numerous things! All I wanted was a civil paper that stated that I cannot work right now because, every paper I get from the hospital states that I have to stay off my legs and keep them elevated at all times at heart level! The only time I'm supposed to get it is to eight. Use the bathroom and do whatever I need to do before I sit back down again. That's my daily routine every single day! But yet I can't get a paper to give my Food Stamp Office that to show them, that I cannot work right now! After the woman told me literally to pick the paper up today, I called over there and now they're telling me that they have to find out about something and get back with me, which they won't, but told me that they would get back with me next week, which is another wait again, ????????????????????????????what am I to do! ???????????????????????????? . And last, but not least I felt like I was being judged the entire time I was there. If you are a person that is sensitive to discrimination? Whether it's any type of discrimination, then this is not the place for you because believe me, it's being done because I was a victim of it. I literally cried for almost 4 hours till I had a splitting headache when I got home from the doctors office! And yet here I am the next day still no answers! And no Help! Like I said favoritism or something, because they help everybody else but you just have to have the money or look like you have money obviously. Hope anyone who goes there don't go through this

All the staff are really nice. Dr Pratt is the best the best always take time to listen and never make you feel like you are being rushed

The so called appointment maker and the girl who works up front but is not the receptionist need new jobs where they don't have to deal with the public because they are not cab

Dr Pratt is a great Dr but his staff is horrible!! Scripts don't get called in right and if they do they are usually wrong. Drs orders aren't followed properly. It takes days for a nurse to call you back. Home health nurses can't even get called back properly, it takes days, if they even call back. They don't schedule tests like the Dr wanted. His staff needs a complete overhaul immediately. Pretty bad when patients who are nurses leave his office to find another Drs office due to the staff. Fed up!!

I have know Dr. Pratt snce he was in High School. I served with him in the USAF. He is a excellent Doctor plus he is a caring Christian Man, That is so rare these days. He takes care of my whole family. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. He has helped me through some difficult times in my life, my health and my personal life. HE IS THE BEST.

This message is to Dr. Pratt-I've used Dr Pratt for many years as well as my mother.I feel as though I'm being put on the back burner,I've been in for several visits for my kidneys,the last visit I could even see the blood-I was in the office again for the 3rd or 4th time in the last couple of months.This was on Fri 16th when they have their minor medical day,I got there at 11:30am and I didn't get to see the Dr until around 4:00pm and there was other Dr's there.I feel if I had been given the correct med's the 1st time I wouldn't have to be going back all the time,a couple of weeks prior I had been given two shots and meds to take for the severe kidney inf.my urine was cultured and I was told by Ellen that if it grew out anything they would let me know and change my med for sosmething that would take care of it.It never happened,no call ever came and I am still having problems.The nurse they have in the minor medical seems to spaced out-in another time and place(not on earth)I was… given a pee cup and when I went to put it in the little transfer hole,there was someone else's pee in there,she stated she didn't know who's that was.That's how big mistakes can be made,I want to make you aware of this,it could be potenionally serious matter.I told them that I had bloody mucus instead of bowel movements and I had lap band sugery recently,I thought they could have at least x-rayed to see if there was a blockage and send me to someone who deals with that,but no he gave me a specimum cup to take to the hosp. for culture.I was also concerned when I was given my consult sheetit said no labs found,they did find my labs at my request!under condition: there is no condition found-where does the kidney inf.come is under and why did I get another shot and more meds if no conition was found?I don't get it-I called to speak with the office manager this am and had to leave a message-may be next year when I get results-who knows

He is not accepting new patients. I have BCBS of MS insurance, but they will not schedule an appointment for anyone that has not seen him before.

DOCTOR PRATT IS A VERY VERY GOOD DOCTOR AND CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS
