Terrible experience! Read this before booking an appointment. In my 45 years, I have never written a negative review, but I feel the need to warn others to avoid the frustrating experience I had with Dr. Quagliata and his team. At my first appointment, I complained of severe hemorrhoids and intense pain. To my surprise, he didn’t even examine me and simply prescribed a colonoscopy. If your issue isn’t hemorrhoids, I encourage you to keep reading—my experience goes beyond that. Scheduling the colonoscopy was extremely frustrating. Dr. Quagliata’s staff showed a complete lack of empathy. Even after explaining my severe pain and requesting an earlier appointment, I was treated with coldness and blunt, dismissive responses. They might as well be replaced by robots. When I finally had the colonoscopy, things only got worse. Dr. Quagliata failed to diagnose my condition correctly and prescribed an ineffective medication that did nothing to help. My condition only worsened. I then tried… to schedule an urgent follow-up appointment, but the support at this medical center is nonexistent. I reached out through every possible contact, including the administration, but received no response at all. When I finally secured a new appointment, I was met with another unpleasant surprise: Dr. Quagliata wasn’t even there. Instead, he sent an assistant, who scheduled an Internal Bleeding procedure with him—and it was a disaster! After the procedure, Dr. Quagliata provided no follow-up care or medication. When I received a follow-up call from a nurse, I begged for help, as I knew something was seriously wrong. However, the doctor never returned my request or prescribed any medication. I spent 10 days bedridden, suffering from unbearable pain. Things got so bad that I had to be hospitalized due to an infection and a fissure. The hospital notified Dr. Quagliata about my condition, yet he never provided any assistance or follow-up care. In the end, I had to undergo surgery to fix the problem. To make matters worse, despite paying for my visits at the time of service, he continues to send duplicate bills. I would never recommend this doctor. His only concern is money, treating patients like they’re on an assembly line. I don’t understand how he is allowed to practice medicine or how he continues to receive positive online reviews. This was an irreparable loss of time, health, and thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a competent doctor who provides compassionate care, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My experience was nothing but frustration, neglect, and a complete lack of commitment to patient well-being.

Dr. Q demonstrated what I like to see in a doctor-he’s read your file before he sees you; he ask you about about why your there and gets your perspective on your problems;and then talks over a treatment plan with you.

Friendly and professional staff. My appointment was in the early morning so there was little to no wait time after filling out my new patient forms. Dr. Q is easygoing and put me right at ease for my upcoming operation.

I had an appointment with another Dr for a procedure. My Dr didn't show up and he took care of me on the spot. Great person, great Dr.

The staff is courteous but professional and made me comfortable, and the doctors and nurses took good care of me. I appreciate all they did.
