Dr. Joseph Raymond Aragon, MD

Dr. Aragon is not about the small talk. He gets right to the point. There's no fake huge smiles but more sincere and real. Front desk is not that friendly but I like the service I get directly from Dr. Aragon. The wait time doesn't bother me either because he is direct and doesn't beat around the bushes.

Dr. Aragon is one of the most respected men in valencia county, he take care of us all. And yes he is extremely busy, but that is because people trust him, he has been our doctor for our whole lives , and he has never let us down. He truely cares about every one of his patients, and his community, we are truly blessed to have him it's our doctor

I was told I was going to get referred to a Endocrinologist, after a couple of months, I called and so your "Office" did after a couple of calls. The Endocrinologist wants my most rurrent lab results, and after 4 calls "nothing" "we will fax it right away sir, I'm and nothing. Why are things so hard to get throught your Office? I have been going there for about 15 years expecting different results, My bad I guess.

Don't make an appointment at this office unless you are prepared to be there all day. I brought my daughter in for her 3 month shots, I got there early enough to fill out new paperwork since we had never been there before. After an hour and fifteen minutes went by, they finally called us in, i thought to get the shots and be done, but no... they measured her head, asked what we were there for and then put us back in the waiting room. The worst part is, the med assistant they have doing that: one, has piercings all over his face (not professional at all) and two, he didn't wear gloves when measuring her head, and the measuring tape is not disposable like other offices I have been to, which would be ok if they WASHED it, he just put it around her head, and then back into the drawer! WHO KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER CHILDREN HAVE HAD THAT ON THEM-THAT'S HOW KIDS GET LICE!!! after waiting another 20 min in the waiting room, by this time it was 10:40 and my appointment was scheduled for 9:10. I… went up and complained to the staff, they did not care one bit, they acted like it was normal, and that happens at any doctors office. I just left. What they do is schedule appointments ten minutes apart and then make them wait, when every idiot knows that a doctor's appt takes well over ten minutes if the doctor is worth anything. I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy.
