Patients beware!!! Mrs Milos, the PA, was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have come across. She began my visit with a very loud and reprimandable tone in her voice and saying “this is an ongoing thing”, I had no idea what she was talking about and was an untrue statement. Having all my medical records, test results, and doctor referrals in front of her, she continued in a rude manner… “Who sent you here and why?” I have been a patient of Dr Staffetti’s for over 30 years and my issue is of enough concern to be referred by another physician. Her lack of concern for my health was atrocious.

Recently visited the office, was taken care of in a promptly matter was treated with great respect by his office staff, shaylynn and Shelly were amazing and has returned my calls back on the same day. Dr Stafetti took his time and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend

I was seen most recently for certain GI issues, Dr. Staffetti took his time to listen and answered my questions, he did not rush me out of the door like most DRS do. He understood I had concerns, the wait time was little long but it was so worth it to know a DR truly cared. His staff from check in to check out was very pleasant and took great care of, Shelley the M.A. took all my information and gave me her ext if I needed her in which i ended up calling a few days later because I had more questions and she called me right back and took the time to help me. I highly recommend this group to all.

I highly recommend Dr Stafetti and his staff. Caring, professional, and before, during, and after my procedure, they were totally accessible and informative.

I had my first ever procedure under the care of Dr Staffetti and could not be more impressed with him and his whole team. Every one of them went out of their way to put me at my ease and make sure I was fully informed and prepared. I know they do this every day but I was a bit nervous about it. I had no need to be…the team checked on my the week before, the day before and the day after. Whilst at the surgery center I felt like I was the only patient because of the friendly, calming and relaxed attitudes I encountered. I could not recommend more this absolutely excellent care.

Went to Dr Stafetti for a procedure. Staff was warm and inviting. Dr S put me at ease with his warm professional manner. Then I had the outpatient procedure at Bayonet Point and that staff was amazing. I felt safe and well care for. After my procedure Dr Staffetti called me every evening for 4 days in a row to check on how I was doing. I’m a RN and Have been around enough to know this practice is special and I’m so glad I found them.

Went to Dr. Staffetti's Office for a routine colonoscopy and had an amazing experience. The Staff was very helpful,understanding, and kind. The wait was a little bit longer than expected but was very well worth the wait. Dr. Staffetti was very thorough in his exams. He went over everything with me and made me feel extremely comfortable despite the reason for my visit. He answered all of my questions and it didn't feel rushed like i was just another dollar like many doctors visits. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
