Makes medication errors, then has the audacity to deflect the blame onto Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives for giving him bad information. So, I'm guessing that these Sales Representatives are all physicians that have completed internships, residencies and fellowships, and are board certified? That answer would be "NO". Sales Representatives are there to SELL and get COMMISSIONS. A majority of them (99%) have absolutely NO medical background, at all, and some (32%) have no college degree. Maybe Dr. Szgalsky should learn to read Prescribing Information that is contained in the packaging of every drug sample acquired from these Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, and required under Federal Law. I just assume (silly me) that physicians have passed reading comprehension courses. Dr. Szgalsky must have slept through those classes !!!

Dont know where to start..but couldn't get an appointment due to a very ignorant woman who recieved my phone call. I understand dealing with people all day can be frustrating but you need to stay professional..after all, it is your job. I won't get into too many details but asking me the exact reason why I'm scheduling an appt is just wrong..isn't that what I'm supposed to tell the doctor? I don't need a woman who works up front with a bunch of coworkers around as well as people all around to know my business..totally unethical and unprofessional! She refused to schedule my appt due to this fact and when I told her I didn't receive a phone call for the blood work I had done she replied that I could only see the doctor for 1 thing at a time?? Heh? So if I have a sore throat and a stomach ache then I need to schedule separate appointments? Ha! Needless to say, I switched doctors ASAP. So my rating isn't against the doctor because unfortunately I didn't get a chance to see him.
