I had a penile implant procedure done at urology of Virginia and Dr. langston did the surgery. There were issues I had shortly after the procedure, excessive swelling and pain that the pain medication did not help. I sent photos to the office and the response was that what they viewed in the photos was not normal and to take tylonol with the pain script. When I finally did get back in to the doctor I explained that my left testicle was at the the top of my scrotum and when I tried to use the implant pump I had a lot of pain. He simply suggested I try to make adjustments and see if I could work around the problems. I tried the "workarounds" and ended up not being able to use the implant. I sent them information about the issues, not being able to use it because of discomfort and pain some related to the displacement of my left testicle. I made an appointment then they cancelled the appointment months into 2024. I now have constant discomfort and pain, a left testicle that is part of it… the issue and my penis is tender to touch certain areas. I also have issues urinating now. The implant is useless. I would not recommend urology of Virginia to work as a veterinarian.
