Dr. Joy Schechtman

Fraudulent business. Double bills and bills for procedures not done. Took almost 4 years to get a refund. Also very very rude. Even saw her throw things at her staff. Stay away unless you want your money stolen and mis-diagnosed.

Dr. Joy is great, they have taken good care of me. I actually like going here. She tell you straight up what needs to be done. I'm so thankful. I've never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is friendly, only complaint I have is their phone service is not very good. Takes a long time to get a return call. Other than that they are so helpful

I name all of my doctors. So you can guess that I call Dr. Schechtman Dr. Sweet Pea, and for a good reason. She is one of the most caring, understanding, and giving doctors that I have ever met. I can go into her office, then come back 3 months later. She picks up our conversation right where we left it! She is just the best! So smart! I am so lucky to have found her. Her office is not the best, but as long as I can get in to see her, that is all that I care about.

Dr. Schectman is knowledgeable and will continue to research and test until she finds the answers needed. Her bedside manner is often abrupt, rude and she can be a bit of a bully at times. It takes forever to have office staff return phone calls (if at all). I was overdue on an injection, and it took 2 months to get my injections set up again. There are few rheumatologists however, that cover the full spectrum of medical conditions that Dr. Schechman will cover, so I stay with her.

Dr. Schectman herself is OK but her office staff is the worst office staff I have encountered. As a general rule it takes 3 to 4 phone calls to get an appointment or answer to a question. I put up with it because I need the interventions for Osteoporosis and it’s not worth the hassle of changing Doctors.

I have been her patient for more than 10 years. She is by far, the best and most thorough doctor I've ever had.

WORST PATIENT FRONT OFFICE.. CALLED 5 TIMES TO SET UP APPOINTMENT, NEVER A RETURN CALL, BEEN GOING ON SINE jULY 2, 2017, ITS NOW jULY 21 AND NO CALL DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Its a wait but when I get into see her she knows everything about me she is a great doctor and her staff is great (some of them)I love this office She knows her stuff she is very smart a great doctor and Dr. Tuber is awsome

She was very curt and spoke abruptly to me. Would not recommend her

Very thorough diagnosis process and carefully reviews results of the tests.
